• Villa is available for yearly rental at IDR 255,000,000/year (price is subject to change) with same inclusion monthly rental.
• Security deposit of IDR 5 million for monthly rental and IDR 10 millions for yearly rental is required, and will be fully refunded after check out if there’s no damage at the property during the stay.
