Outside, a flat lawn and open-sided dining and living pavilions are situated at either end of a 16.5-metre swimming pool. The main building comprises a living and dining room with an integrated bar flanked on either side by two-storey wings containing the five bedrooms and the kitchen. The two master bedrooms are situated upstairs in each wing, both with balconies overlooking the sea. Accessed via doors from the master bathrooms is a rooftop deck.
