Villa Iluh – Complex Villa with Six Bedrooms in Seminyak Bali

Villa Iluh is our biggest villa among all three villas with total of 996.34 m2 and a total of 6 bedrooms (maximum 12 guests). From its large size, many have said that Villa Iluh is face of Abaca Villas meaning it is highly recommended to host an event such as dinner parties, birthday parties, meetings, movie nights, and many more. Furthermore, from its massive size, Villa Iluh has the biggest swimming pool and garden compared to its neighbors. Easy access to the main entrance in case our guests planning to invite more people to come.

Villas Iluh offers six large bedrooms. it extends on the widest site with a broad garden (ideal with children) with single and double long chairs. An extra-large central swimming pool (16 x 6 m) with extra large terraces by the pool for your sunbathing times gives a wide airy and breezy atmosphere and umbrellas inside the water. A vast huge open space comprises a cozy living room with sophisticated decoration and art pieces, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, wine chiller with some selection of wine under the bar table, wide LED screen HD TV and sound system. The huge lounge area is open on the garden and overlooks the swimming pool.

Abaca Villas has 3 beautiful villas complete with their own characteristics and design to match our guest needs and wants. A unique combination of three villas converted into one big villa complex with open space concept without any gap or wall to separate each villa for maximum interactions between our guests. Total area for the whole complex is 2675.68 m2 with amazing rice field view in the heart of Seminyak. It is greatly suitable for private events such as family, friends, and company gatherings without ever worry about any disturbance from outside. Our location gives us superior advantage from other villas in Seminyak.

Villa complex include 16 bedrooms and able to accomodate 32 adults in total, 4 swimming pools with shallow area for kids, Big garden and space for activities, 4 living space complete with large couch, TV, speaker,chess table, 3 kitchen and dining utilities, water dispenser, 4 dining table in each villa.

Master Bedroom

Villa Iluh Master bedroom with a king size bed, stylish furniture, chic wooden teak floor, A/C, an adjacent bathroom with double basin, a wide made-to-measure wardrobe, toilet, a large shower on an exotic vegetal wall, working desk, and mosquito net, slide window facing the sunrise and swimming pool good for a morning call.

Joglo Room

The smallest room in Villa Iluh yet has a unique style from Madurian antique doors, teak wood floor, twin beds (can be converted to a queen bed), mosquito net, 2 wardrobes, A/C, open yet private style washroom.

Other Bedrooms

Beside the lounge area, a spiral staircase leads to the third and fourth bedrooms upstairs. Guests will get total privacy and quietness plus each room has their own stylish characteristics. Queen-size and King-size canopy bed in each room, mosquito net, stylish furniture, a made-to-measure wardrobe, an adjacent bright bathroom with double basin, toilets and a large shower. Also, a private rooftop terrace with stunning view on the rice fields and sunrise which can be seen from bed too.

On the opposite, Villa Iluh fifth and sixth bedrooms are our wheelchair friendly bedrooms and both facing the pool and sunset. King-size canopy bed in each room, mosquito net, stylish furniture, a made-to-measure wardrobe, an adjacent bright bathroom with double basin, toilets and a large shower. In both bathrooms, our guests are directly viewing the rice fields and have a nice sunrise point!

Lounge space Villa Iluh with an open concept to feel tropical weather. This space consists of unique decorations, TV for international cable, large couch, stylish chess game, big coffee table, speaker, kitchen utilities, water dispenser, dining table for 12 people.
