Villa Nyoman offers five large bedrooms, spread out around a long central swimming pool (18 x 4 m) with terrace and umbrellas inside the water and wide garden with single and double long chairs. A vast shared open space comprises a cozy living room with sophisticated decoration and art pieces, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, wine chiller with selection of wines, LED screen HDTV and sound system. Large terrace between living and swimming pool is perfect to enjoy the airy breezy in the warm of Bali sun.

Villa Nyoman is design for retreat event with the total area of 965.69 m2 perfect for long holiday for those who are seeking quietness. Located at the very end for maximum privacy, and offer 5 bedrooms, living area, dining area, 2 swimming pools, and 1 spacious area dedicated for any small type of activities such as Yoga, cooking classes, movie night, and a games area. Many small yet memorable events have been celebrated in this Villa.

Abaca Villas has 3 beautiful villas complete with their own characteristics and design to match our guest needs and wants. A unique combination of three villas converted into one big villa complex with open space concept without any gap or wall to separate each villa for maximum interactions between our guests. Total area for whole complex is 2675.68 m2 with amazing ricefield view in the heart of Seminyak. It is greatly suitable for private events such as family, friends, and company gatherings without ever worry about any disturbance from outside. Our location gives us superior advantage from other villas in Seminyak.

Villa complex include 16 bedrooms and able to accomodate 32 adults in total, 4 swimming pools with shallow area for kids, Big garden and space for activities, 4 living space complete with large couch, TV, speaker,chess table, 3 kitchen and dining utilities, water dispenser, 4 dining table in each villa.

Three villas can be rented individually or as a combination of your choosing, creating a complex up to 16 bedrooms. Each villas can be joint to each other due to connecting gates between the pools which create a complex with enough space for 32 adults. Villa Nyoman or Abaca Villas suitable for everyone from couples to families or larger groups, weddings and events. Concept is that everyone can enjoy the location together but also having their own private luxury Villa to retire to.
